On July 23, Vladimir Putin will meet with President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who will be in Russia on a working visit.

This weekend, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin will hold talks that were scheduled earlier. The Belarusian head of state announced this meeting as he talked to Belarusian and foreign journalists: “We have agreed to meet in the near future.”

The presidents will continue discussing current issues related to the further development of Russian-Belarusian strategic partnership and allied relations, as well as integration within the Union State. Traditionally, this is a wide range of the most important and basic topics for Belarus-Russia bilateral relations: security, international agenda, economic cooperation, the Union State programs, joint effort to counter the illegitimate pressure and much more.
